17.05.10 The classes of the new term
will be starting on 22 May 2010.
An orientation program arranged for the fresh students of
level-1/Term-I in the department, will be help at 3:30 pm at the Seminar
Room of CE Building on 23.05.10. Head of the department and
other faculty members will meet the
students. The students will be introduced to their
study program and the facilities available in the department.

The 8th International Conference of Mechanical Engineering was held from 26-28 December, 2009 at BUET. This biannual event (ICME2009) have been organised by the department since 1995.
