KIV Schedule for Website Making Course
Website Making Course at IAC by Korean Internet Volunteers (KIV)
We are pleased to announce that Bangladesh-Korea Information Access Center (IAC), Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), BUET and KIV is going to organize a training course on Website making that will be held from 10th July, 2010 to 12th August, 2010. The course will be conducted by Korean Internet Volunteers. The batch of the course will have a maximum of 30 participants. Minimum qualification for the course is HSC or equivalent. As the course will be taken by the volunteers of National Information society Agency (NIA) of Korean government, only a registration fee of Tk. 2000/=(Tk. Two thousand) will be applicable per participant to meet up the course cost. Certificate will be provided after evaluation.

Class Start Date: July 10, 2010*The course includes some classes on Korean language and culture in addition to the regular content.
Application Procedure
1 Application must be submitted online using the link to the following section within 2:00pm of July 7, 2010.
2 After online submission, an application receipt with application serial number will be generated automatically in pdf format. Please keep this serial number for further reference.
3 Submit the printed copy of the application receipt, non-refundable application fee of Tk 100/-(cash), and the following documents to IAC (Ground Floor, New Academic Building, West Palashi), Dept of CSE, BUET during office hour (9.00AM-5.00PM, Saturday to Wednesday) within 3:00pm of July 7, 2010.
a) One copy of passport size photograph,
b) Copy of HSC certificate.
4 Applications can be submitted online using the browsing facilities at IAC, free of cost.

Selection Procedure
The selection test will be based on basic knowledge of Computer and Information Technology. There will be two tests- Written and Practical. All candidates will have to appear the written test. On the basis of the written test, candidates will be short listed for the practical test. After the practical test, candidates will be finally selected for admission. Selection test will take place on July 07, 2010 at 5:30 PM at IAC.
Admission Procedure
The selected candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Tk. 2000/=(Tk. Two thousand) in cash on the specified date and time as follows at IAC. No student will be admitted after the time specified.
