The aspirant would be required to submit a portfolio of creative work for the respective award cycle as per prescribed format. The award aims to encourage students to document personal development by compiling in a presentable manner all forms of creative work. No award will be declared if in any year, submitted proposals lack sufficient merit.

A PORTFOLIO of creative works
including Studio projects and/or artwork of any form can be submitted.

Projects must include following information:

-Brief description of project.
-Duration in weeks.

Completed BA 01 form must be submitted along with other materials

PORTFOLIO should be of A4 size and in landscape format.
A digital version in JPEG format on a CD (compact disk) must accompany the submitted hard copy.
No submission other than the respective form should bear any sign , identification or name of the participant.
All forms (BT - 01, BA - 01) will be available at the Library of the department of architecture BUET.
Submission for each category must be made in a clearly labeled package displaying name of the award category, name of the student, student number and Level.
